At NuviaChem, we recognize that selecting the right specialty plastic additive or polymer solution requires thorough technical evaluation before commercial production. Our Commercial Evaluation Sample Program provides customers with samples prepared specifically for their requests to support laboratory evaluation, pilot trials, and production testing under actual processing conditions.

Unlike standard inventory samples, our functional additive masterbatch samples are produced specifically for your sample request and application requirements to help ensure accurate product evaluation, performance validation, and technical suitability.

Evaluation Samples

• Our evaluation samples are produced specifically for each customer request based on the selected product, application requirements, and testing objectives.
• Sample fees and shipping & handling charges apply depending on the product type, sample quantity, destination, and project requirements.
• Shipping & handling charges, courier fees, customs duties, taxes, and any other logistics-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sample Credit Toward Commercial Purchase

To support customers during the evaluation process, the sample fee will be fully credited toward the customer’s first commercial order purchase of the same product, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum commercial order quantity: 200 kg
• Credit applies only to the same product evaluated
• Credit applies to the first qualifying commercial purchase only
• Shipping & handling charges, courier fees, customs duties, taxes, and other logistics costs are not included and cannot be credited
• Sample credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Shipping Options

• Samples can be shipped using NuviaChem’s preferred shipping arrangements, or customers may choose to use their own courier account.
• If customers provide their courier account number, samples can be shipped using the customer’s courier account with freight collected.

Technical Support

Our technical and sales teams work closely with customers throughout the evaluation process by providing product recommendations, dosage guidance, processing advice, formulation compatibility, and application support to help achieve successful testing results.

Program Terms

NuviaChem reserves the right to approve, modify, or decline any sample request based on product availability, project suitability, commercial evaluation, geographic location, and other business considerations. Sample quantities, fees, and program terms are subject to change without prior notice.
